Karen is an Organizational Designer who has implemented sustainable organization solutions in home and corporate environments. Home solutions include individual space (eg. pantry or closet), room (eg. kitchen, office, garage) or whole home organizing projects, including the popular Unpack to Organized service provided to new home buyers. Corporate clients seek Calm Order to bring organization solutions that improve workplace efficiency, from stock rooms to individual desks and offices.

We are currently taking bookings for wellness days at your corporate office, an expo, trade show or club dinner/ lunch. Karen has passion for organizing and is a book of knowledge in the organizing industry.

Karen launched Calm Order in 2012 after her exciting airline career of 25 years as a flight attendant and health and safety professional in the airline industry. One of Karen’s proudest moments is when she submitted galley design specs and work flow process for a new service launch which was Implementing across an entire fleet of aircraft.

She has been recognized 5 years in a row for her excellence in customer service from Houzz and has appeared on CBC, Avenue Magazine, the City Pallet, Entrepreneur Magazine, Women in Business and Star Metro Calgary She is featured as an organizing expert on the Marc and Mandy show. Karen has presented for home builders and realtors alike. She is a member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals for over 7 years.
