Karen is an Organizational Design Specialist specializing in home organization & move related services. After her exciting airline career of 25 years as a flight attendant & health & safety professional in the airline industry. she launched Calm Order Inc.

Karen is NAPO's Ambassador for Canada

Karen has worked on many charitable projects, including setting up 4 safe homes for RESET of Calgary. Upon completion of the 4th safe home, Karen was recognized for her efforts by having one of the safe homes named after her.

Karen has accomplished organizing and coordinating every aspect of a move, storage, and unpacking homes 10K square feet and under.

Vanessa Team Lead

Vanessa joined our team in 2023. Although new to the team she is not new to organizing. Vanessa is a dynamo and strong asset to the team. We are thrilled to have her part of our team.

Vanessa was born and raised in Australia, Calgary has become her home and has been for the past ten years.

Vanessa has been able to fulfil her passion in everything that entails organizing, moving and planning and helping others fulfil their goals in their homes and businesses.

Vanessa gives everything 100%, whether it be in her personal life, work or hobbies and interests. She has a strong work ethic and the capacity to approach any tasks, no matter how big, with an excitement to take on the challenge.

Cecilia

Cecilia has had a natural passion for organization since childhood, always drawn to creating spaces that feel calm, clear, and intentional. Having lived in four different countries, she understands firsthand the challenges of moving and settling into a new home. Those experiences shaped her belief that simplicity brings clarity and that we don’t need an excess of things to live comfortably and happily.

She believes a home should be both beautiful and practical, not just visually appealing but truly livable, with belongings that serve a purpose and support everyday life. In 2024, she turned her lifelong passion into her full-time profession and now finds her greatest joy in helping others transform their houses into welcoming, functional homes.

Chynthya

Joined the Calm Order team in early 2025. Chynthya has a natural innate ability to organize, She is a team player excelling in excellence.

Chynthya has always been passionate about home—not just the place, but the feeling. She believes that when our spaces are calm, clear, and thoughtfully put together, everything else in life flows a little easier. With a European eye for simplicity and a love for clean, intentional living, she brings a natural sense of order to every environment she works in. Whether she’s organizing a space or guiding someone through a move as a full-time Realtor®, Chynthya is all about helping people feel good in the places they call home. Working with Calm Order feels like a perfect fit—because for her, calm and order go hand in hand.

Christie

Joined the Calm Order team in 2025. Christie is a busy mom who assists the Calm Order team on projects from time to time.

Jackie

Jackie is a keen organizer who genuinely enjoys creating order and bringing a sense of calm to busy spaces. A devoted mom of four, she understands firsthand how valuable functional systems are in keeping daily life running smoothly. She and Karen connected in a uniquely small-world way. It turns out Jackie's husband went to school with Karen in elementary and Junior high. They quickly discovered a shared passion for organization and helping others feel at ease in their homes.
