Karen, Her genuine love for helping people and natural inclination to be “super organized” launched Calm Order in 2012 after her exciting airline career of 25 years as a flight attendant and health and safety professional in the airline industry. Her goal was to help people restore calm and order to everyday life.

After organizing hundreds of people who have opened their homes to Calm Order and hundreds of projects, each one unique and personal, the common thread has prompted a call to Calm Calm Order is the desire to get homes "working" more effectively to simplify life.

Karen has the innate ability to conceptualize, to see beyond the clutter and chaos and turn your space into efficient simple functional solutions to save time, money, reduce stress and promote productivity tailored to the needs of her clients. Karen treats each and every customer’s home and business as if it was her own. Attention to detail, care and concern for even the little things. Integrity, honesty, dependability and commitment to looking after her clients are number one.

Trish began her career at Calgary Airport in 1986. With her genuine love of helping people she enjoyed various roles within the airline industry. She began her career as a Customer Service Agent, and then was selected into the Concierge program and rounding off her career as a Flight Attendant for the last eight years.

Trish was an integral part of the launch of the Canadian Airline Top Tier Concierge program in 1997.  She received certification from the International Concierge Institute and received her diploma for Ultimate Guest Services Management Program through the International School of Tourism.

Trish was recognized and awarded the Calgary White Hat Award in 1998 for Best Customer Service Agent in the Airline/Travel Agent Category.  She prides herself in always trying to exceed customer expectations and thinking outside of the box. She enjoys trying to come up with creative solutions for customers in a time sensitive, fast paced environment. She is very enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated while providing superior customer service. Trish spends her spare time organizing fun family events and enjoys a great round of golf.

  Nina - A multilingual (Danish, French, Spanish) professional who prides herself in providing exceptional, personalized service with the utmost integrity and attention to detail.

Nina, after a brief retirement from a 34 year customer service career with the airlines, Nina has joined our team to continue her passion for being of service to others. She played an integral part in launching the first national Airline Concierge Program in 1997 after receiving her certification from both the International Concierge Institute and International School of Tourism. During the 16 years in her Concierge role, Nina received the acclaimed White Hat Award for Best Customer Service - Airlines/Travel Agent in 2002 and was chosen by her peers for several other awards of excellence in customer service. Nina is a multilingual (Danish, French, Spanish) professional who prides herself in providing exceptional, personalized service with the utmost integrity and attention to detail.
In her free time, Nina taps into her creative side through painting, gardening and yoga. She has traveled extensively and is always looking to explore a new adventure somewhere in the world.

Catherine joined the Calm Order team in 2016. She has thoroughly enjoyed working with a group of like-minded enthusiastic individuals in a rewarding environment. She enjoys working with new clients to produce more functional and organized spaces, to allow for greater simplicity within their homes. As an individual who is passionate about organization and making life as simple as possible, especially while raising a family, she has offered new ideas while learning from an experienced and encouraging team.

Catherine graduated from the University of Calgary in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Development Studies. Currently she is focusing on raising her two young boys. Her passions include entertaining friends, cooking, traveling, exercising and spending time with her children.

Jennifer joined the Calm Order team in 2016. Before taking time away from working to care for her young children Jennifer was a financial planner in the investment industry. She enjoys working with clients to transition their rooms and homes into beautiful functioning spaces. 

She graduated from Bishop’s University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She loves spending time with family, cooking, volunteering at school and getting outside.
